By booking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions shown on this page.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

Only one vehicle to be parked on site with a maximum of 6 dogs allowed at any one time in the dog exercise field.

Bookings are confirmed when payment has been made online using Stripe online payments.

As part of our checkout procedure, you will be required to accept these terms and conditions by ticking the box.

A minimum of 1 hour notice is required to book.

Payment is made at the time of booking using our Website Booking System.

Confirmation will be sent to the email address used to register the account.

Appointment times include entering and exiting the property. Do not enter the field until your start time and you must be in your car ready to leave at the end of your appointment time.

If you are making a booking on behalf of someone else and will not be attending the session yourself, you must ensure that all parties have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. You are responsible for anybody who accompanies you or attends the session in your place and this extends to all the liabilities.

CANCELLATION

To reschedule your booking, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations. Please access the links provided in your confirmation email for cancellation or rescheduling. For refunds, contact us directly and we will process your request promptly.

USING OUR SECURE DOG FIELD

We kindly ask that you take note of the following considerations during your visit. Failure to comply with these requests may result in us asking you to leave and may also lead to refusal of future bookings.

Any general waste items, such as, but not limited to: food wrappers, cans or bottles, cigarette buts etc must be taken with you.

Please keep shouting to a minimum and prevent persistent barking from your dog/s during your session.

Do not drop any food, litter or treats in the field.

Do not allow dogs to dig in the field.

For the safety of all users and the avoidance of choke hazards please ensure all toys are taken with you, including any scraps of chewed toys or balls.

All dogs must be up-to-date with vaccinations, as well as de-worming and flea treatments, and not show any signs of ill health.

Dog waste must be securely bagged and either taken away for you to deposit safely at home or it can be deposited in the designated dog waste bin near the field entrance.

It's common for dogs to defecate as soon as they enter the field. Please avoid distractions such as mobile phones and ensure that you clean up after your dog immediately. If you have multiple dogs, it can be easy to miss one, so we appreciate it if you pick up any waste you see that you think might not belong to your dog. This helps to keep the field clean for everyone, and we appreciate your cooperation in this regard.

Using Pawsome Parks is solely at the risk of the dog owner/handler. We are not liable for any loss or damages, injury, death, or claims incurred by you, anyone accompanying you, or your property, including your dogs, during the use of our field, path, or driveway.

We strongly advise that you have public liability insurance, which is often included in your home or pet insurance policy.

While our field is secure, we cannot guarantee complete safety for every dog and Pawsome Parks cannot be held responsible for any escaped dogs.

Please enter & exit the field promptly and respect our neighbours’ privacy.

We kindly ask all users to show respect for the land and its contents. Children must not climb on fences, gates, trees, or any of the dog play equipment. Please ensure that your dogs and children remain within your sight while using the facility. Equipment must not be moved without prior permission.

Please be aware that the field may be muddy on occasion, so we recommend that users bring appropriate footwear. Additionally, users must prevent their dogs from digging in the field, and any holes created must be filled in before leaving the facility. Failure to repair any damage caused may result in a fee. If you notice any holes or other damage in the field, please inform Pawsome Parks.

Anyone caught not adhering to this policy will not be able to use Pawsome Parks again.

PARKING

Please ensure responsible driving and considerate parking to allow access for other users. As the access is shared with other residents, please approach the entrance and driveway with care. Please wait until the previous users have vacated before entering the field. Some dogs can react strongly to the sight of other dogs, so please keep your dogs on a lead when leaving the field, and ensure they remain on a lead at all times in the car park area.

Parking for Pawsome Parks users is between the two garages next to Sage House, there is space for two cars, if there is a car still present in one of these two spots when your session is due to begin, please wait in your car until they have left. Please also contact Pawsome Parks to let us know this has happened to help ensure it doesn’t again. Sessions are 55 minutes long and users are required to be off site at the end of their session, this gives a 5 minute interval between sessions.

Please do not arrive earlier than 2 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you do arrive early, we ask that you wait elsewhere until it is time for your appointment. There is a Layby next to the driveway entrance you can wait for a few minutes if you do arrive too early. This is to respect the privacy of the previous users who may still be in the field, and to prevent any potential issues with reactive dogs.

We reserve the right to close the dog exercise field at any time, for which a full refund will be given for bookings already made. Cancellation will be notified to all affected users.

If we become aware that users have not complied with our terms and conditions, we retain the right to decline any future bookings.
